After receiving the grapes, they are de-stemmed and crushed. The wine masses are channeled into the fermentation vats provided by the refrigeration system. Clear appearance, ruby red color. Vinous aroma, with oral notes. Balanced and persistent flavor, soft and enveloping tannins
How to serve:
Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, as well as all types of sausages. You will be able to evaluate fatty fish dishes and strong cheeses equally. It should be served at a temperature between 16º and 18ºc.
Cave conservation:
Keep the original box at a temperature of 12ºC and humidity between 60 and 70%.
