This Vinho Verde is produced with red grapes from the most popular varieties in the region.
The production method of this wine is a “Tanning” style process. This method consists of crushing the grapes in a small press with treading and pumping over the must to maximize the color present in the grape skins.
It is a Vinho Verde with a typical, elegant and versatile style, perfect to enjoy with traditional Minho food. Ideal to enjoy with a beautiful suckling pig, rojões or cabidela rice
TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby colored wine. It has a fruity aroma with notes of blackberry and blueberry. It has a typical smooth palate, very pleasant with an elegant finish.
