Winemaking:
After de-stemming, the grapes are gently crushed, the resulting must is separated from the skins and subjected to static decantation for 24 hours, duly protected from oxidation, until it reaches the desired degree of clarity. Fermentation follows in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of approximately 16ºC.
Tasting notes:
Clear appearance, bright pink color. Floral aroma, with notes of red fruits, including strawberry and raspberry. Fresh flavor, light sparkling and with good acidic structure.
How to serve:
Ideal to accompany salads, roast suckling pig, fish and seafood dishes, or simply as an aperitif. It should be served very cold in a flute at a temperature between 6º and 8ºc.
Basement conservation:
Keep in the original box at a temperature of 12ºC and humidity between 60 and 70%.
