Tasting notes:
Clear appearance, ruby color, fruity aroma with vanilla notes and very present wood. Balanced, full-bodied, soft and persistent flavor. Good structure with long mouthfeel.
How to serve:
Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, as well as all types of sausages. It can also be served with fatty fish dishes and strong cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 16º and 18ºc. Open the bottle about an hour before, if necessary, transfer it to a decanter to aerate the wine a little to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
Basement conservation:
Keep in the original box at a temperature of 12ºC and humidity between 60 and 70%.
