TASTING NOTE

Reveals vigor in color concentration.

Well designed aromas with notes of raisin fruit and jam (cherry, blackberry, etc.), cocoa and vanilla, all well combined with the wood where it aged for several months.

Good volume in the mouth, very round, refined and modern in style, whilst maintaining its original rustic character.

Full of maturity and very focused on the fruit (ripe, almost jam) and wild flowers.

Some dairy and dark chocolate notes.

Very elegant, it is a wine full of freshness in the mouth with solid, fat but round and polished tannins.

It finishes long, persistent and full of fruit, with light toasted notes and spices.
