French and American Oak Barrels (about 8 months). Stainless steel vats (about 12 months).

TASTING NOTE

It is a wine with good concentration and a very beautiful color.

Well-designed aromas with notes of raisin and jam fruit (cherry and blackberry), cocoa and vanilla, all well combined with the wood where it aged for several months and giving it the touch of refinement that the fruit needed.

Good volume in the mouth, warm, with balanced fruit, firm and well-integrated tannins and a harmonious, persistent and full of life finish.

It is a round red, refined and modern in style, whilst maintaining its original rustic character.
