AGEING

Aging period always exceeds 10 years in used Portuguese and French oak barrels and casks.

TASTING NOTE

It is a very elegant White Port wine, of high complexity and aromatic depth, made with different batches of antique White Port of great quality, which were aged in barrels and casks, for an average period of more than 10 years.

It has a golden amber color and intense and complex aromas and notes of dried fruits, such as hazelnut and almond, and spices, orange, honey and wood.

In the mouth it is extremely rich, where the acidity gives special elegance and vibrant notes in a long, persistent and harmonious finish.

To be served cool (around 10oC) as an aperitif, with various starters, or as an accompaniment (between 12o-14o) to desserts/citrus sweets or even as a digestive after a meal.
