TASTING NOTE

It comes in a pale pink/salmon color and has an aroma of red fruits (raspberries, currants and cherries) and lychees, all in a sense of freshness and youth.

It is not a sweet Rosé, but rather a dry wine and fresh, intense on the palate and with a vibrant acidity, which makes the tasting lively and balanced.

It accompanies most national and international cuisine dishes, even the heaviest ones, including baked meats and fish.
