Winemaking
Made from a blend of native Azorean grape varieties (70%) and various European varieties (30%).
After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Aged on fine lees for 4 months, after which the wine was bottled.
Tasting Notes
Greenish-yellow color. The aroma highlights notes of tropical and citrus fruits enveloped in a beautiful volcanic ensemble.
On the palate it has volume, great freshness and minerality. It has an enveloping, salty and persistent finish.
Open 20 minutes before serving.
