Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature between 20-25ºC. Aging in 225L French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use for 6 months.

Storage and serving advice:
The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.
