The oldest vineyard at Herdade do Rocim has always been affectionately called “Olho de Mocho”, as it is abundant in this spontaneous flower, scientifically named Tolpis barbata. Because it was special, it could only produce a unique and authentic wine that we now call “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard”.
