Vineyards: Vineyards located in the Terras de Senhorim sub-region, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400m and 500m in granite soils, with an average age of 36 years.

Vinification: Manual harvesting in 15kg boxes. Destemmed grapes, total alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and careful maceration to better express the typicality of the grape varieties
