Reception, total destemming followed by crushing, pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 24 º C.

Automatic reassembly alternated with delatage.

Tasting Note

Garnet colored wine, aroma of black fruit, spices and vanilla. It is full-bodied, soft and persistent.

Gastronomy

Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Recommended to accompany game dishes, red meats and cheeses.
