Telha Herdade dos Outeiros Altos wine has a complex aroma of ripe fruit, blackberry, plum, notes of tea and rosemary. In the mouth it has wild fruit, long fine tannins and very present freshness. Wine for seasoned dishes

Viticulture: Grapes from extreme vineyards on the Farm. Conduction in uni and bilateral cord, pruned into heel.
Vinification: The grapes were received at the winery, in the special line, with total stemming and manual selection of bunches and later “bag by bag” by an optical selection machine. Vinification took place in a press, with pre- and post-fermentative maceration and dynamic temperature control.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting: Very balanced in the mouth and aroma, highlighting the ripe fruit, surrounded by notes of black pepper and delicate florals. It presents marked tannins, good structure, providing a long, fresh and very round finish in the tasting.
