TASTING NOTE

Very concentrated in color and volume, almost opaque. Well-designed and highly complex aromas, with notes of raisined fruit, black plum, jam, cocoa and tobacco, all well-matched with the wood where it aged for 18 months.

Excellent volume in the mouth, with great spatiality, very fine and balanced, with firm, solid and fat tannins, but also round and polished.

An "old-fashioned" Douro, very gastronomic and very complex, full of character and personality, revealing the terroir and the grapes that gave rise to it.

It finishes long, persistent and full of fruit, with light toasted notes and spices.

A very elegant wine, but one that can be stored and that promises to be good for those who are patient and know how to wait.
