11/12 months in 500L French oak barrels, on fine lees with “battônage”, stabilized by cold.

TASTING NOTES

It has a low intensity straw yellow color with some greenish reflections.

The aroma, full of character, immediately reveals a great concentration, which translates into ripe fruit such as apricot, white plum, quince and melon, all combined with excellent notes of barrel toast, which may even suggest a touch of spices, grapefruit peel and candied fruit.

In the mouth it is soft (without tiring), voluminous (without being heavy), unctuous and buttery, but with a fine and balanced acidity that gives it a pleasant freshness.

Good structure, tasty, complex and with a very elegant and persistent finish.

It is a very gastronomic, versatile and mid-season or winter wine.

It should be served chilled (max. 12 ̊) and not iced.
