Tasting notes
Wine with an intense ruby color, with aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of pumice stone and cigar smoke with light nuances of toast from the aged wood. In the mouth it presents a freshness typical of the Serra de S.Mamede, with balanced and incisive acidity, present but elegant and moderate tannins with a persistent, harmonious and somewhat complex finish.

It can be served with complex oven dishes.
