Tasting note - Color: Intense and deep purple color Tasting note - Aroma: Great aromatic elegance, ripe fruit and some jam, all of high quality. Floral notes, bergamot and violet, usual for the variety, with amplitude and complexity
Tasting note - Flavor: In the mouth it reveals enormous structure and body. The “cuvaison”, aged for over 20 days, provides volume and concentration of flavor, without losing vivacity. It has many good tannins, a long, persistent and complex finish, given by the 16 months of aging in new French oak.
Harvest/Vinification: Vinified through natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. The terroir and the grape variety express themselves in a unique way.
