Tasting: Presents aromas of tropical fruits, spices, and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, with balanced acidity and smooth, silky tannins.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and sent to "vinimatics," where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12°C. They are then pressed and sent to a cold chamber, where they ferment at a temperature between 13°C and 15°C.
Maturation: 6 months in new Hungarian oak barrels
Longevity: 4 years
Serving: 7°C to 9°C
