Tasting: Presents aromas of red fruits, complexed by the wood. It is velvety, with excellent structure and smooth tannins.
Vinification: The best grapes are vinified variety by variety. Aragonez ferments in "vinimatics," while the other varieties ferment in lagares with mechanical treading, at a temperature of 22° to 24°C.
Maturation: 10 months in new French oak barrels
Longevity: 6 to 8 years
Serving: 16° to 18°C
