Taste: Exuberant aromatic intensity of cocoa, mint, and currants, resulting in an appealing taste, with well-presented and integrated tannins. A persistent and long aftertaste.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation in lagares equipped with a mechanical treading robot and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Maturation: 6 months in new French oak barrels

Longevity: 4 to 6 years

Serving: 16º to 18ºC
